Relational Depth:
Choose Deep Connections Now
Increase a Sense of Belonging inYour Life
We do this first by bringing awareness to our bodies and then grounding to the earth. From this grounded presence, we creatively explore our histories and identities in order to shed light on what limits our sense of belonging and how we can increase belonging in all areas of our lives.

We can then choose how to transform obstacles as they emerge and as we can learn skills that enable us to step more fully into our place in the world. A place that aligns with our vision, values and purpose. These all become clearer when we loosen the rigid constraints of societal labels and categories that keep us in roles that don't align with our true nature.
Grow Empathy & Compassion for Self & Others
By learning to recognize, express, and regulate our own sensations, feelings and needs, we begin to recognize the emotions and needs of others more easily. As we increase this level of care and understanding, we also learn new ways to nourish our connections and maintain healthy relationships.

Some of these ways may include releasing old stories and judgements that keep us separate from others. As we begin to observe our common humanity in those around us, we can embrace our own vulnerability and practice new relational languages, such as those based on principles of nonviolence.

Learn to Deepen Connections in Community
Foundational to this work is how we show up in community. Whether it's during our group work together or within other communities we belong to, we'll explore our roles, presence, leadership skills, and communication (expressing and listening).
This skill-building and community exploration happens within the context of actually building a community of practice. I've found no better way to learn about deepening connections and creating community than to actually be in community. This is why much of our work is done in a group setting.
For Individuals
I recommend starting with individual sessions, if you're new to somatic therapies and/or if you aren't quite ready to work with others in a group. I also recommend starting with individual sessions if you're experiencing chronic or acute pain.

$100 for 75 minutes
For Couples
These sessions are relevant to all types of partnerships and focus primarily on communication skills, decision making, conflict navigation, and creating empowering agreements.

$150 for 90 minutes
For Groups
Relation Depth™â€‹ deepens flow and understanding (while increasing leadership skills and efficacy) in groups and organizations. We integrate somatic work (to help us understand ourselves better) with relational skills (to help us find creative ways to collaborate and communicate better).

There are several ways to experience this group process:
-
In a group or organization that you already belong to.
-
Join one of my ongoing groups.
-
On retreat.
Pricing varies for each of these options and correlates with many factors, such as group size. I also ask that you schedule an Individual Session first, during which we can discern which would most benefit you (and your group).
